"I first encountered Straco a couple of years ago when I was looking for a chance to move on from my employer at the time. Simon worked with me to really understand what I was looking for, to help me make a swift move from one company to the other.

I made the move to another business on a temporary contract, which was exactly what I was looking for to give me the breathing room to figure out my next career move, while still earning an income. When that contract came to an end, I again contacted Straco to help with finding my next role. This time around I worked with Rob in looking for my next position.

I wanted a temporary position and Rob took the time and effort to get to know me, my skills, experience and what I was hoping to achieve through a prospective employer.
